Responsible for full life cycle passive candidate searches on a national and local scale resulting in diverse talent slates. Provide professional and consultative talent acquisition support to PNC’s Human Resource Organizations. Build and maintain internal client relationships before, during, and after talent search in order to stay abreast of organizational changes and talent development. Support clients in understanding applicant tracking system and self service HR functionality to streamline hiring process. Uphold service level agreements between line of business and recruiter to deliver timely and efficient results. Develop and adjust pro-active long range recruitment and succession plans to avoid talent shortages. Manage diversity recruitment efforts for all positions through recruiting events, professional organizations, and employee referrals to ensure a diverse talent pool. Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate client needs and pro-actively recruit for projected talent needs. Mentor recruiting team members and assist with operational and recruiting issues.

Responsible for client relationships, sourcing, screening, interviewing applicants and matching candidates to consultant profiles. Source, negotiate and manage partnerships with 3rd party vendors. Perform additional IT Consultant recruiting for Senior Level Software Developers, Software Architects, Database Developers, Java/ Oracle Developers, Unix Administrators and Object Oriented Programmers. Perform full life cycle technical recruiting for staff augmentation requirements. Responsible for preparing the candidate for the interview and follow through with the client once the interview is completed. Recruiting resources include Internet recruiting sites, internal database, direct sourcing, advertising, local and internet user groups, technical career fairs and ongoing network referrals through a personally built pipeline of local IT consultants.
