As a Sim Sup, plan and conduct simulations of real time payload operations weekly for trainees of all positions and Payload Developers (PDs) to participant in. Ensures all planning deadlines are met by coordinating with PDs, training leads, Operations Leads (Ops leads), simulation data managers (Sim datas), and data flow planners to make sure products are complete and have been reviewed prior to simulation days. During simulations, oversees the coordination between all participants: PDs, trainees, Ops Leads, surrogates, and Sim Datas, and manages the timing of sim events.As a Training Integrator, responsible for developing and instructing team skills material and courses for new hires as well as certified employees. Courses include Team Dynamics, and Leadership, which are taught in both the new hire training (Payload Academy) and in an employee team skills workshop.

Supports real time operations in the Payload Operations and Integrations Center (POIC) managing U.S payloads and science experiments on the International Space Station (ISS). Ensures the activities are accomplished safely and correctly by the astronauts by tracking available resources, leading troubleshooting of onboard systems and anomalies, and integrating the control room, back room, and Payload Developers (PD) support.
