• Taking inbound phone calls and assisting clients with their mobile devices. • Activating replacement devices, Troubleshooting, Ordering new devices and accessories through our online system, answering questions and assisting users with the online system. • Processing incoming accessories and devices in orders to be shipped to end users.• Ensuring the devices and accessories match the order information and preparing the items to be shipped via FedEx and UPS. • Processing daily orders for rate plan changes, new devices, accessories, and new services while also updating the ordering portal as more information becomes available, such as order numbers, location codes, and tracking information.
