Solutions Analyst
Current• Using strong communication skills to efficiently and concisely resolve, troubleshoot (as needed), and respond to an average of 80-150 customer help requests daily, in a timely manner, on a variety of chat and support channels • Regularly documenting and consulting with team members and management to report any solution related help requests and technical support trends • Assist team leads with the development of customer content and audit FAQs and knowledge base articles for customers
