▪ Manage and perform the administrative duties and operations of the County Conservation District Office, including but not limited to budgeting, finance, procurement, human resources, marketing, and IT coordination.▪ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the office operates efficiently and effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.▪ Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial reports, and financial forecasts, and ensure that the office stays within its allocated budget.▪ Work closely with the RCCD team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.▪ Manage and oversee recruitment and training, ensuring all staff members are fully trained and equippedto perform their roles effectively.▪ Oversee the development and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure and ensure that theoffice utilizes the appropriate technologies and tools.▪ Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including governmentofficials, community groups, and other conservation agencies.

◼ Responsible for managing, supervising, and operating the Connie Bean, providing for it’s over all safety and routine maintenance, supervising recreation programs including youth sports, summer camps, training, scheduling, and overseeing staff.◼ Supervises recreation activities; plans, organizes and implements a comprehensive recreation program for youth aged participants in grades k – 12.◼ Responsible for the reservations, activity schedules, and collection of fees for all City recreational fields and playing fields; and the maintenance of all related records.

◼ Passed & Received Certified Pool Operators Certification.◼ Develop and implement special events and leisure activities for adults, youth and surroundingcommunities.◼ Assisted in the development and implementation of large community events.◼ Budgeting, Organizing, managing, scheduling, and taking inventory of all youth and adult programs,and a large day camp.◼ Organization and data entry of registration forms into the computer database. ◼ Marketing of all programs.

▪ Assisted the Recreation Director in preparing the department’s budget. This includes managing both the town’s recreation general fund and the revolving fund; ensuring processes are in place and assigned areas of responsibility are performed within budget; this includes: cost control activities, monitors revenues/expenditures; prepares annual budget for town; assures effective and efficient use of budgeted▪ Evaluates programs in terms of participant satisfaction, budgetary, facilities, and staff needs and effectiveness.▪ Provides instruction and/or supervision of programs and/or classes offered at the Recreation Department.▪ Supervises the management or facility and equipment rentals as well as the setting up of community center rooms for programs, classes and/or special events.▪ Provides direct management of general programs, remote learning program, after school program, summer camp program and all logistics and coordination of said program funds, personnel, materials, facilities, and labor/time.

Prepare, present and manage the Department’s Operating Budget ($222,087.66)▪ Financially plan, manage & increase the Recreation Revolving Fund to support the communities Recreational Needs & strategic planning to include but not limited to: new facilities, staffing, programs & maintenance.EYO Balance 2010: $122,781.76; Current 2019 Balance: over $700,000▪ Management of expenses as well as collect and accurately account for recreational revenue.

▪ Create & implement yearly Parks & Recreation budget within the Town’s General Fund.▪ Responsible for the monies in which are filtered through the Recreation Revolving Account.▪ Creating policies & procedures for the Department & Recreation Revolving Fund.▪ Managetwoparks(StrathamHillParks&StevensPark)withmultiusefields,tenniscourts,softballfields,baseball fields, extensive trails system and playgrounds.▪ Responsible for the development of the Stevens Park Property: Multiuse Fields, Babe Ruth BaseballField, Sofball Field, Tennis Courts.▪ Coordinate and reserved indoor and outdoor facilities.▪ Creating brochures/newsletters.▪ Developandimplementspecialeventsandleisureactivities/programsforsenioradults,adultsandyouthfor the Town of Stratham and surrounding communities.▪ Oversee many Recreation Committees/Boards: youth soccer leagues, basketball leagues, baseballleagues, softball leagues, lacrosse leagues, field hockey programs, volleyball programs, badminton programs, and a large day camp.
