Referral CoordinationReceive and coordinate referrals to hospice. This position ensures the effective communication and coordination of services, throughout the referral process, with the patient, family and physician. Project SpecialistPerforms projects (including those related to advertising and fundraising) and support services for the Financial Manager and Executive Director requiring knowledge of the organization, programs, policies, procedures, and applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. This position conducts research, prepares statistical reports, and handles information of a confidential and sensitive nature. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Bereavement Coordinator Responsible for all aspects of administration of the bereavement program consistent with Federal and State rules and regulations and Klamath Hospice policies and procedures. The Bereavement Coordinator develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates the bereavement program. This includes, but is not limited to: training of bereavement volunteers; assignment and ongoing supervision of volunteers; and, oversight of the adequacy and appropriateness of the delivery of bereavement services. *The Bereavement Coordinator role recently was assigned to a new employee due to increased referral coordination and projects workload.

Youth Program Coordinator- Coordinate youth camps including but not limited to: recruiting facilitators, scheduling, marketing, budgeting, ordering supplies- Coordinate school group visits to campus including but not limited to: recruiting presenters, campus toursCampus Visit Coordinator- Coordinate individual prospective students tour of campus including but not limited to: scheduling meetings with department advisors and/or faculty; campus tours; schedule financial aid and admission counselor meetings- Coordinate large campus preview events including but not limited to: arranging event agenda; scheduling informational sessions with department faculty/advisors, financial aid, admissions counselors; coordinator with appropriate departments for refreshments/lunch and marketing
