- Understand the design need for clients; organize details for multiple projects; produce estimates and proposals for design work- Develop design proofs for clients based on their requirements; update clients on progress, changes, and any needed adjustments- Collaborate with Head Graphic Designer to complete projects - Ensure that final project is ready for the clients; send out invoices to the clients once approval is made

Complete required Council Troop Cookie Manager training each year; Receive and distribute cookie materials to girls/families in troop; Adhere to the established guidelines and deadlines regarding submission of orders, paperwork, product delivery, rewards and payment as established in the current program year, including reading program update messages; Promote the Cookie Program, importance and benefits to troop leaders, girls and parents/caregivers; Become familiar with and use ABC SmartCookies and Digital Cookie technologies and promote Digital Cookie usage to girls/families; Collect money for product ordered from girls/families and from cookie booths and make regular deposits in troop bank account; Maintain responsibility for all product and payments during the Cookie Program and complete receipts for every financial and product transaction; Reserve council-scheduled and/or troop-scheduledcookie booths; Place and pick up pending cookie cupboard orders for additional cookies for the troop; Complete a Late Payment Report by deadline for all adults who have an unpaid balance; be responsible for any unpaid balance for those adults if a report is not submitted; Provide Cookie Program support to girls and families, responding to communication in a timely manner; Distribute cookie rewards to girls in a timely manner

Attend product training; Receive product materials and distribute to girls; Provide troop-level training to educate and train girls (and parents/guardians); Attend troop meetings to collect orders and money forproducts; help supervise, direct and manage the troop’s Fall Product Program; Be available to answer questions, assist Girl Scouts/parents as needed; Pick up the troop's recognitions from the Service Unit Fall Product Manager and distribute to girls promptly.

Facilitate and coordinate placement and renewal efforts for members within the service unit; Contact girls, adults, and troops who have not re-registered for the current membership year to facilitate membership renewal; Collaborate with Service Unit Manager and Team on setting membership recruitment and renewal goals and assist service unit with membership recruitment efforts; Assist Service Unit Recruiter and Service Unit Events Coordinator with hosting annual recruitment events; Ensure service unit is properly managing girl placements via waitlists; Work with Service Unit Cookie & GoNuts Directors to check all girls, troops, and adults who are selling product or who are responsible for product sales are registered Girl Scout members; Assist members in online registration and renewal.

- Attend training as needed; maintain accurate financial records for the Troop; maintain the Troop checking account; present financial report at the request of Troop parents, Service Unit, or Council; follow through on inquiries in a timely manner; complete and submit Troop Financial Report to Service Unit Treasurer; assist with the continued growth and development of the Service Unit and Service Team by being an active member

- Attend monthly Service Unit meetings and meet with Troop on a weekly basis; participate in Volunteer trainings as needed; ensure detailed troop records are maintained; frequently communicate with parents or guardians; encourage participation of Girl Scouts to share their skills and knowledge; ensure the safety of Girl Scouts while participating in activities; review Safety Activity Checkpoints; be guided in all actions by the Girl Scout Mission, Promise, and Law; remain informed about and comply with the most current policies, procedures, and guidelines of Girl Scouts of the USA
