This includes scheduling all types of visits, creating superbills, monitoring office stock, ensuring cleanliness of clinic and more.-Handle all inquiries into the Remedy Room from in person, phone, email, social media, and other avenues.-Be able to listen to the patient's needs and guide them appropriately.
