Responsible for operations, compliance and strategies that support the Community Development Banking Group with the goal of maximizing the Group’s efficiency and productivity. Oversees team of individuals responsible for the closing, documentation and disbursement of CDC investments and qualification of CD loans, investments and services. Primary CDC & CDL contact for all CRA related regulatory reporting and communication.

Responsible for the management and oversight of regional and national lending/ investment programs that focus on utilizing innovative lending products to reach underestimated communities and entrepreneurs. Specifically through managing and expanding both the CDFI and MDI relationships within the Community Development Banking Group.

Managed lending and investment program strategies to drive success in achieving strong CRA performance aligned with CED program requirements, and advancement of the Corporate Responsibility Office business objectives.

Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of new products, services, and experiences in partnership with business lines across the U.S. Bank enterprise to advance our social impact strategy of closing persistent and historic gaps in outcomes for women, people of color, and low-income communities.

Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, CAHEC is a nonprofit equity syndicator that helps develop and foster healthy neighborhoods. As Manager, Lending - I am responsible for leading CAHEC Capital, Inc. - an emerging, nonprofit CDFI that serves as the financing affiliate of CAHEC. The company promotes healthy, empowered, and sustainable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income individuals and their families by providing flexible and affordable loan products to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (“LIHTC”) developments.
