WanderFree was responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the projects, including oversight of multiple teams, for every step of (em)PowerPads from inception to market placement.Typical tasks to accomplish this have included but are not limited to networking, communication, and communication between cross-functional parties globally, nationally, and locally; multi-level outreach (including conversations in Hindi); simultaneous oversight of multiple projects and verticals; driving quality output from local vendors while monitoring budget controls; maintaining documentation; overseeing staff with limited or nonexistent levels of English; communicating needs and successes to diverse stakeholders.Tara left India in March 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic began to force global shutdowns.
