Provide psychosocial care to patients and their families. Psychosocial care includes assessment, counseling and referral; Prepare and implement a plan of care for patients and families; Serve as liaison and advocate between patient/family and community agencies and resources; Serve as consultant to the staff on matters related to psychosocial care; Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and actively participates in problem identification and resolution for patients and families.

Individual Counseling, Mental Health diagnosis and assessment. Assist individuals develop healthy cognitive patterns and beliefs about self and environment. Provide psychotherapy to individuals to assist with overcoming psychological and emotional issues. Conducts suicide risk assessments.
