I am the Chief Operating Officer at The Messina Group, a full-service consulting firm that works with organizations in the private, public, and social sectors. I have 12+ years of experience and have a passion for complex, creative problem-solving, and building teams and organizations. I started my career working for then-Senator Barack Obama on his first campaign for President. I continued to serve him in multiple roles - including two stints at the White House - and was the second person hired on his reelection campaign. After working for President Obama, I moved to London to build an international presence for a startup, The Messina Group. At The Messina Group, I grew the London office (while attending business school) and worked on national elections around the world. I was ultimately promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where I am today and have helped the company grow from a fledgling start-up to one of the most successful political consulting firms in the world.
