About Tara Kithcart

I have had the opportunity to work in marketing, operations and, most recently, have found a home on the finance team. I love working with numbers and enjoy building reports to turn data into understandable insights. I have experience combining data from Excel, SQL and customer portals to inform business decisions, tell the company’s story, and support continued growth. At month close I prepare all sales reports and daily I work closely with operations, finance and sales by pulling ad-hoc reports, managing the price list, communicating shorts and assisting with allocations. Along with my work experience, I am a team player, great at multi-tasking and driven. My time as a DI Swimmer taught me how to work with others, set goals and to work hard to reach those goals. On the academic side, I took pride in getting good grades, being a strong member on team projects and being involved in the university. Internship roles and my position as a Teacher’s Assistant taught me how to organize curriculum and support students. I pride myself on my work ethic: I am a fast learner and very detail oriented. I do not procrastinate and am extremely organized and efficient.
