AMP Global Stratgies uses a QA Program called Frontline. Frontline is new to the QA world and it’s a good web based QA program. I build all the QA Forms you require and can customize them to your PSAP and to your Nature Codes and how you ask your questions. By having us do your QA for you, it can minimize your overhead costs of “big name” “over charging” companies. To ensure proper EMD protocols are followed and instructions are proper instructions are given to the RP. There must also be verification the right people are being sent to the right location. Call handling and dispatching procedures are pertinent to be a 911Pro for the safety of our residents and visitors of our towns, county’s and states.Training: I also provide initial an 911 Training to recently hired Telecommunicator Team Members to become 911 Pros. This includes call-handling techniques, geography, along with Police, Fire/EMS jurisdictions/run areas along with their unit numbers, basic 911 skills, and basic Computer Automated Dispatched (CAD) training. I provide each Telecommunicator Team Member with all training hand-outs required to learn during this training period. This information is provided to me thru the PSAP requesting training and I review all information to make corrections or to improve the materials provided, so that each Team Member has the most recent and updated information available to them. During the training program the Team Members are given the opportunity to show their improvement or to show where they need more assistance to learn the material. Daily Observation Reports (DORs) are completed each day on the Team Member’s performance. Provide a daily report back to the 911 Director on the progress of their training and if there is anything the Director requires more from me to make the training smooth and care-free.

Plans, develops and administers programs to provide instructional and supervisory work, involving staff training, and curriculum development, program management, individual and congregate instruction in the Emergency Communications Center. In addition, quality assurance training standards must meet or exceed the Commonwealth and Medical Priority Dispatch Standards by performing the following duties personally or through other agencies. Additional duties from consolidating the Operations Manager's position: I provide 911 Wireless Call reports; maintain daily in-bound calls reports; 10-digit call reports; problem call report, and a yearly inbound calls report. I also help handle portions of payroll, time-off requests, etc. and submit Telecommunicator overtime report and position assignment reports.
