I am responsible for developing, requesting, and monitoring Preventative Maintenance and Capital budgets to ensure compliance with state policies. Additionally, I contribute to the development and training of employees in various aspects of the program.

I played a role in developing Master Plans and reviewing PM spending plans. I effectively managed delegated tasks, conducted project reviews, and handled purchasing requests while collaborating across multiple divisions. This experience honed my skills in project coordination, financial management, and data-driven reporting, all of which contributed to the successful execution of key initiatives within the organization.

I took on temporary positions such as cleaning facilities at Lippert. Additionally, I operated machinery at both Tenneco and Tecomet, ground chair bases at Polywood and parts at Benteler while running welding machines. At Biomet, I rapidly advanced from cleaning and boxing to trimming orthopedic parts, primarily focusing on knee components. To top it all off, I also worked part-time as a bartender and catered on the side.

From a humble sales role to Studio Manager, my experience at Olan Mills consisted of selling coupons, pictures, and developing my passion for photography. After 6 months in my employment, I had undergone extensive training in photography and eventually became a Studio Manager. In my role, I oversaw daily operations to guarantee optimal customer service and experience. Under my leadership, I successfully boosted the sittings by 100% and subsequently increased company sales by 300%. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated outstanding performance, which resulted in winning multiple merit awards.
