Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, equipment maintenance, loss prevention. I am responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the office. I assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet the needs of the front end. Train, coach, and manage all customer service representatives in all front-end policies and procedures. Supervise and schedule customer service representatives to ensure compliance with payroll budgets. I would expedite the front lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment. Authorize and ensure validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, voids, and discretion discounts. Provide orderly maintenance of front-end equipment and supplies. Help solve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the front end.

As a teller coordinator I was a direct supervisor in charge of all the tellers. My responsibilities included staff scheduling, processing payroll, as well as opening and servicing accounts. I dealt with customers on a day to day basis and helped them solve their many problems, always trying to find the best solution to keep the customer happy. I performed branch security procedures as well as balancing the vault, auditing teller cash, batching and preparing work for release. I like to stay busy working on projects or helping customers whether it is face to face or over the phone.

I worked one on one with customers, processing customer sales, stocking merchandise when it was running low or when new items were received. I would ship merchandise to customers. I also knew how to balance the cash registers and order supplies. This was a great opportunity for me to work face to face with customers, listen to them in order to help them meet their needs. I was trained in opening and closing procedures, taking deposits to the bank and balancing the register drawers. I worked with customers one on one helping them find clothes that best suited their needs. I had experience in stock room and with shipping out merchandise. I would also call customer on a daily basis to let them know about the special promotions or sales we had going on. This job helped me to interact more on a personal level the customers and also work with my fellow associates as a team so we could meet our store goals.
