 Oversee a team of Ontario Works Casework/ Program Compliance Supervisors Planning for and implementation of new technologies and any subsequent upgrades; Assess problems with technologies or data and take corrective action  Complete required provincial audits and changes associated with provincial and local technologies Liaise with various government ministries and social agencies in implementing new service delivery initiatives, by representing Lambton County on provincial working groups; Liaise with other County departments (e.g. Information Technology, Finance) Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of employment and income supports programming. Responsible for researching legislative requirements, statistical data and client demographics Responsible for discretionary funding and programming in the employment and income benefit areas. Analyze program expenditures and recommend options to maximize available funding
