Grants Administration Manager
CurrentCreate grant templates, letters of intent, cover letters, and report templates.Process awarded grants, including data entry, recording reporting requirements and restrictions and notifying relevant staff.Create formal grant acknowledgments, thank you letters, and tax receipts.Use file share system and other tools to maintain accurate records about opportunities, grants, reports, funders, and key interactions.Coordinate scheduling and hosting of site visits and funder meetings, track in file sharing system.Assist with sponsorship outreach, logistics, and hosting of regional events.Provide data for internal reports.Send funder acknowledgment requests.Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, and standard office equipment to complete daily tasks.
