Attending to individual student needs. Subject remediation, social-emotional counseling, and program development.

I worked with the Executive Director to develop classes and programs to maximize the benefit of all students enrolled. I collaborated with teachers and community to promote the best possible environment for achievement in all areas of the performing arts.

I worked underneath the head counselor and was specifically in charge of the "at risk" students. I had multiple one on ones with students and families including SST's, IEP's, and 504's. I developed and implemented programs within the school and worked as part of the counseling team for 600+ hours.

Due to budget cuts, the 6th grade counselor position was abolished. I stepped in and took over for these transitioning students. I dealt with all areas of their care and counseling: academic, personal, and social. Overall I aided a large group in acclimating to middle school and becoming successful students.

I managed all areas of ground up restaurant development. I handled business plans, accounting, personnel, training, advertising, brand development, and inspections/licensing.
