Responsible for merchandising operational support and providing exceptional communication of direction among cross functional teams. > Works closely with merchandising team to ensure they have all the correct samples, submits, and reports needed for successful key milestone meetings. > Orchestrates daily and weekly reports for merchandising team as well as cross functional teams and vendors. > Collaborates and frequently communicates with cross functional teams for collecting and distributing information for Purchase Orders.> Drafting, monitoring, and correcting Purchase Orders to ensure data reflects committed orders from Floorset Workbook.> Monitoring and correcting UDAs (user define attributes) of receipts on order to reduce sales or ticketing errors.> Communicates with vendors on selling, requested samples and tracking, and trade compliance.> Requests samples from vendors by updating tech packs through Bamboo Rose software and tracking status of samples to ensure arrival by visual and editorial deadlines. > Collaborates with photography and visual teams to ensure sample needs are met and reflect the merchant product strategy.> Tracks receipts on eComm reports for TOP (top of production) samples received deadlines and communicates accountability with vendors when items are late. > Monitors yesterday receipts to ensure open to buy items have corresponding PID for website - vital for e-commerce only sales. > Reviews website to ensure all product information is accurate from copy to photography. Communicates with e-commerce team of any copy or photo edits needed. > Audits website reviews and provides feedback report to cross functional team. > Carry on sample prep for efficient community donations after need of samples.> Manages and organizes mail.> Served on Charity Committee until dissolved. > Acts as Project Manager for maurices' Difference Making Day supporting community nonprofits.> Any additional duties as requested by leadership.

Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest in partnership with our community, provides a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home that supports keeping families together and reduces stress during a child’s serious illness. RMHC-UM operates five locations in Minnesota-four in the Twin Cities and one in Duluth serving over 6,700 families a year, providing 76 overnight rooms, meals and activities for families with kids facing a medical crisis.Program Manager Responsibilities:• Oversight to maintain smooth operation of the facilities including safety and security, supervision of staff, inventory management and general maintenance. Maintain upkeep of space, assuring community, family rooms and common spaces are inviting, comfortable and functional• Apply guidelines to determine eligibility and make decisions regarding House operations including determining eligibility, working with hospital Social Worker’s to assign overnight rooms, family registration and management of family dynamics• Work with RMHC-UM staff, volunteers and hospital staff to develop programming that further supports families and develops relationships• Management of all cleaning and maintenance to ensure it meets all standards• Work with volunteers, facilities and cleaning staff to ensure common space and guest room turnovers are efficient and complete• Frequently communicates and exchanges information both written and verbally with families, volunteers, hospital staff and the general public• Oversee the supply management and inventory process to ensure the Home is supplied with essentials• Oversight of the Cooks for Kids program to guarantee there are 9 meals a week available to families.• Hiring, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of all RMH Northland staff

Responsible for the development and implementation of new and existing Grandma’s Marathon programs; recruiting and coordinating all Grandma’s Marathon Weekend volunteers; reaching out and educating area businesses and groups about Grandma’s Marathon volunteer opportunities and programs such as charity partners, running club program, ambassador program, sustainability initiatives (green team & bike valet), and Young Athletes Foundation (YAF); assisting with the general planning and production of all Grandma’s Marathon and YAF events.
