Some people wake up every morning for a job they have to do. I am lucky to be part of a different group-one that wakes up early for a life they get to live that includes an amazing career that feeds their soul and provides for a full life. My soul is fed by a lot of things- my kids and family, a good book, travel, learning something new, a deep conversation, a good meal, studying human behavior, volunteering and even some things that people would describe as nerdy- data, Excel spreadsheets, analytics and psychology. Every day I get to do all of the things I love most while drawing upon my past experiences that span renting, selling and financing cars to consumers and leading advertising sales team. At Cox Automotive, I get to bring it all together and my love for my career shines through. Whether I am engaging with successful and intelligent clients who value my insights and feedback, interacting with teammates that share my passion for the automotive industry and self-development, or participating in a leadership conversation I am passionate that I get to focus on being part of something bigger than each of us.
