I create training programs, administer training classes to new and current employees, supervise and train a team of trainers, audit plant processes and training documents, and interact with staff and management to identify training and development needs. I also chair the employee engagement committee, and plan and execute plant events.

I managed multiple quality inspection projects, created quotes for new business, facilitated project start-ups, interacted daily with the customer, and trained new inspectors. I used Smartsheet to keep track of quality issues, send reports to the customer, and track employee timekeeping and job proficiency. I also actively trained team leaders and shift leaders, and supervisors that functioned on projects for the company.

I oversee store operations and customer interaction in order to achieve a sales and earning budget, increase customer loyalty, and gain market share for my company. I performed 90 day and annual performance reviews, facilitated the open enrollment process and annual giving projects, and administered progressive discipline as necessary. I also handled FMLA and worker's compensation claims, and drove the interviewing and hiring process, orientations, and OJT.

Oversee store operations, and work to achieve sales, earnings, and total loss budgets on a period, quarterly, and yearly basis. The store ran positive sales comps and earnings throughout my tenure at the store and received 10 awards for store performance. I also handled hiring, retention, onboarding, and orientation. I planned job fairs and created multiple customer events to increase our customer base.

I handle all recruitment, hiring, and training for a staff of 75 people. I handle 90 day and yearly performance appraisals, status changes, yearly health insurance re-enrollments and giving campaigns. I conduct monthly safety meetings and function as the safety champion for my store. I conduct weekly and monthly asset protection, safety, freshness, swot, and food protection audits. I assist the store manager with day to day business operations to achieve sales and earnings budgets. I also facilitate the store's participation in community events. I functioned as the team lead for an in-stock initiative project in 2014. I lead a team of 13 people in which we went into 13 stores to help reduce their center store inventory, reorganize their stockrooms, and prepare each store for a new computer generated ordering system.In 2015, I functioned as the holiday salesperson from October until December for our 13 store district. I worked with outside companies to assist them with providing incentives to their employees for the holidays. I processed orders for turkeys, hams, party platters, and gift cards. In the three months time span, I processed orders totalling $340,000.I have served as an acting Store Manager, Customer Service Manager, Center Store Manager, and functioned as a supply chain specialist for 3 years in my tenure with the company.

I worked directly with Benefits and Human Resource Managers to select plan benefits that would be offered to their employees to enhance their existing benefits package. As a fully licensed and trained Insurance Agent, I worked with employees to present benefit packages and assist them with selecting benefits based on their needs. I assisted with setting up pre-tax insurance plans, processed insurance policies for new and existing employees, processed claims, and delivered claim payments to employees. I was a recipient of several awards for superior service and sales production.
