Develop strategic account plans for both localized and national retailers, including product assortments and growth opportunities. Facilitate customer onboarding, price and program negotiations, custom exclusive product development, order processing, and problem resolution. Liaise with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment compliance, inventory availability, licensing regulations, and document updates. I was able to work closely and build relationships with key national retailers in such a way that I could anticipate their needs and provide top tier service. This role included onboarding new accounts with specific compliance regulations and logistic requirements, working in various customer portals to upload product specifications and images, inventory maintenance and uploads, order management and facilitation, process credits, process and follow through on custom orders, and resolving any issues internally or externally to maintain customer satisfaction. This was a very fast paced and multi-tasking role involving cross-functional coordination with several internal departments. I also attended customer presentation meetings and trade shows on a regular basis. I provided support with planograms, exclusive product development, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

During this time I worked in various areas of the sales department, many times as a floater filling in wherever needed. In this role, I was able to gain a well rounded knowledge of our company, products, processes, and procedures. As a sales support coordinator, I facilitated order processing and supported our wholesale customers with all their service needs.
