I create, build and facilitate workshops, events and large programs to effect change and growth for our Robert Half employees from new hire/onboarding through to executing leadership content that supports long-term career success. In this stand alone role, I look after 6 branches across Australia & New Zealand, delivering operational and non-operational and technical trainings virtually and in-person. My purpose is to understand & execute strategic fundamentals of our learning culture by sharing my knowledge that will harvest long term growth. Other key functions include, providing 1:1 coaching and mentoring, driving feedback data to make future training decisions, partnering with instructional design teams in the US to design future work content, partner closely with our Senior Leadership group to understand organisational capabilities and leverage technology to maintain an innovative learning function. I am highly passionate individual with a proven background in building strong relationships across all levels within our business. I am committed to always focus on what is best for our people to offer solutions to drive their success.

I was hired as the Publicity Coordinator for the post production of the James Bond Film - Casino Royale. After the publicity was completed, my contract was extended and promoted to assist the ELM & SVP until I returned to Australia for a visit.
