Head Chef And Co-FounderThe Feconomy Ltd May 2019 - Feb 2021LondonThe Feconomy provides boutique experiences, specialising in supper clubs and small parties which only use and promote ingredients made / supplied / farmed or fished by females. We are fuelled by female run businesses. We don't just use the same old mega brands and choose to shop female! By doing this we are putting money back into the female economy helping these businesses to keep going. I started it with Pip Jolley who runs the front of house and the incredible 70s aesthetic. I am the head chef and come up with fun, brightly coloured, 70's inspired dishes using all of the wonderful produce I have discovered across the country. We began with a podcast (The Feconomy Podcast on Spotify) where we spoke to different female brands about the difficulties they faced. Support The Feconomy!
