Project Coordinator; My duties included but were not limited to coordinating home builds for new construction. These included obtaining competitive quotes from sub trades for the various aspects of the new home build from foundation to finishing. Reviewing the quotes for accuracy and awarding the jobs to the sub trades. Providing and maintaining plans /layouts in order for the trades to have updated plans and layouts to work off of. Ensuring home owner selections are made within the scheduled building stages. Reviewing home owner selections for accuracy and issuing change orders if the estimate exceeds the contract amount.Issuing purchase orders for all the trades and suppliers for the complete build. From concrete to interior hardware selections .Scheduling deliveries, coordinated with the trades and supervisor on site.Reviewing job related invoices, to ensure integrity against the issued purchase order.Pre -possession inspections with the home owners, to identify any in- completions that would hinder the possession of their home.Scheduling trades to complete deficiencies before possession date.

Communition with the home owner and the insurance company . Providing the detailed scope of work and time lines . Scheduling crew and sub- trades .Obtaining written authorization to proceed from the homw owners and written confirmation of a satisfied job completion . Recording all pertinent information in te clients files and the web based insurance site . Review , approve and submitted all costs pertaining to the job for costing . Provided budgets to sub-trades . Invoicing when job was completed . Scheduling site meeting with home owners , project mamagers ans adjusters .Filing . Answering the switchboard Accounts payable and receivable
