Using enhanced data, information and analysis, I seek opportunities and innovative solutions to address barriers and promote enablers. While advancing the organization's commitment to gender equality, I raise awareness of systemic and structural barriers being reproduced by policies and programs. My team is responsible for the development and implementation of customized instruction and learning methodologies to meet participant differences and needs. As the lead for Unconscious Bias (UB) training portfolio for the organization, I have facilitated UB and GBA+ training sessions for hundreds of staff across the government. Show less
