The Interagency Trade Enforcement Center (ITEC) was established by Executive Order in February 2012. ITEC was established to “strengthen our capacity to monitor and enforce U.S. trade rights and domestic trade laws, and thereby enhance market access for U.S. exporters.” Consistent with ITEC's "whole of government approach" to monitoring and enforcing trade violations, I contributed my extensive trade and litigation experience in support of investigations of potential trade disputes, with legal and factual research and analysis, often on an expedited basis. I engaged with government agencies, stakeholders, and other interested parties on timely, and often sensitive, issues of concern.
