• Oversaw the Post Production division for Agency. Managing a staff of 2 editors, an assistant editor and a producer, as well as numerous freelance staff and artists.• Executive Produced projects for clients including Express, Alexander Wang, Nike, Samsung, Bobbi Brown, Rag & Bone and Pepsi• Booked and managed outside vendors for each project including but not limited to color, VFX, beauty retouch, VO record, audio mix and conform. Responsible for negotiating best rates for services and handling all cost / invoices associated with sessions.• Handled music licensing including running searches as well as negotiating cost and terms.• Oversaw the Express account including handling post needs on set as well as overseeing the launch of their Time Square billboard.• Track and manage Post Production Operating Revenue, including forcasting. • Worked directly with the Agency and production division of company to pitch and bid a package that includes creative, director / production and all post production needs in order to service full offerings from concept, to camera, to delivery for client.• Actualize all projects as well as oversee all client invoicing.

Making sure clients always felt they had a friendly and knowledgeable resource to contact.• Produced for multiple Colorist, scheduling sessions, bidding out projects, negotiating rates, acquiring important information regarding session and prep, monitoring project budgets, and maximizing work flow while ensuring delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction• On the front line of restructuring department to account for technological advances in cameras, file formats and digital intermediate work flow in order to best service the client needs and expand creative offerings while maximizing employee performance and company infrastructure• Instrumental in securing high profile accounts such as Calvin Klein, FedEx, Snickers, Express, Captain Morgan and Southern Comfort.• Headed efforts to open up lines of communication between Company3 Commercial DI and Method VFX in order to package services and increase revenue• Instrumental in restructuring Production department to cut back on Overtime costs and streamline employee effectiveness• Organized and Led Screenings of Company3 Color, Method VFX and Beast Editorial work in front of numerous agencies• Organized and Led Post Production and Camera Seminars for Agencies• Worked side by side with operations to oversee the day to day activity, trouble shoot any issues involved in our Color sessions, as it pertains to prepping sessions, supervised sessions and deliverables.
