Also file and archive the claims once they are processed.Checked the claims against specified criteria; settled queries with the partner colleges before the claims went to be processed for payment; reduced the number of queries from the payment process by 95%.

I did 5 days of training and had a 1 week hand over, during which I typed up the manual for the entire procedure as demonstrated to me by my colleague from whom I was taking over for maternity cover. This was to enable more people to be involved in the ECO scheme.
