Supported the development of a new organization focused on bettering global real estate decision-making for Alphabet. This was done through the development of consistent and transparent short, medium and long-term real estate forecasts for the company's business units and support functions.

- Bicycle & Pedestrian Connectivity: Oversaw a $1M grant to support the build-out of a bicycle & pedestrian bridge over Highway 101 in Palo Alto, California. This project supported Google's holistic goal of increasing bike/ped connectivity in the region. - Circular Water Investments: Oversaw the pilot of an onsite wastewater treatment technology that was conducted at Stanford University's Codiga Resource Recovery Center. The technology, Forward Osmosis/Reverse Osmosis, developed by WH2O Systems, was tested on treating both black & grey water with positive results. - Tree Holding Facility: Managed the initial feasibility analysis, site selection and procurement of a tree holding facility in Gilroy, CA. This facility provides Google the ability to maintain its stringent biodiversity conservation standards and properly control its supply to meet its development needs.

- Acted as trusted advisor to Google Search's Executive Management Team regarding real estate and workplace services. - Managed real estate supply & demand for Google Search & Google AI. Used data to influence business leaders on how to navigate short-term space constraints due to unexpected growth, reorgs or business shifts. - Developed short and long-term real estate strategies for Google Search & Google AI based on global business needs. This also included the planning and development of customized business spaces and laboratories.

Supported the mass deployment of fiber-optic infrastructure in Austin, San Antonio and Oklahoma City. This included: - Helping develop the site selection criteria for huts along the fiber infrastructure backbone and overseeing site selection and hut design in San Antonio. - Working with the City and Public Utility on the development of new permitting processes that could support unprecedented, large-scale aerial and underground fiber deployment in San Antonio. - Overseeing the San Antonio market's aerial design and construction, including make-ready engineering. - Overseeing the implementation of one of the nation's first one-touch make ready programs that helped streamline aerial construction and significantly decreased time and capital cost of construction. - Managing the initial implementation of an innovative fiber-optic auto-design tool in Oklahoma City.

- Part of the Professional Engineer Training Program, a rotational 4-year management training program for graduate engineers in training - Worked on transportation, drainage and structural design projects along with fieldwork supervision for various State transportation projects- Led the Sustainability Committee for District 4 and focused on identifying ways in which our District could carry out work in an environmentally conscious manner, through climate change adaptation and resiliency efforts

- Oversight of the construction of a grocery store in Coral Gables, Florida.- Cross-functional collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors and the City to ensure that project was turned around on-time and within budget.

- Management of Biscayne Bay Campus Recycling Program- Strategy and operations lead for environmental initiatives aimed at improving campus-wide sustainability goals & increasing student body awareness on environmental issues- Event management: campus earth week , documentary screenings & guest speakers
