I bring 25+ years of experience in organisational development, behaviour change, leadership development and coaching to you and your organisation, together with my personal lived experience of declining wellbeing & eventual burnout, burnout recovery and resilience. I'm known to be warm, engaging, pragmatic and compassionate, and to skilfully use analogies and metaphors to make resilience and behaviour change relatable and accessible. I use all of that to guide and coach organisations to create a culture that truly supports wellbeing and enables sustainable high performance, as well as a culture in which your EDI, engagement and other 'people agendas' can thrive. What that looks like in practice is my working directly with your organisation, as a sounding board, coach and strategic advisor to those who have ultimate responsibility for these agendas (Heads of HR, Wellbeing, EDI, People Engagement) as well as with the senior leader(s) who have overall sponsorship and accountability for their success. The aim of this 'organisational coaching' is to put a 'wellbeing lens' across your strategic aims and help you to identify the behaviour that underpin them all, helping to minimise the distraction that can come from multiple initiatives. I also coach leaders and senior managers, individually or in discrete teams. The aim of this 'team or individual' coaching is to help them 'walk the talk'; getting them to think about how they can enable their teams to deliver sustainable high performance by supporting wellbeing and creating an inclusive team environment, crucially without sacrificing their own needs and/or wellbeing to do so.I also create and facilitate awareness and capability workshops for all levels of managers and employees, but am clear this type of training is only going to pay back for you if your culture is going to support their learning in practice. In addition to my practical experience, I have a Masters in Organisational Change, and am certified as both a Mental Health First Aid instructor and Suicide First Aid instructor.
