There is justice for none of us if there is not justice for all of us.We all wish to belong. Community belonging is still not a given for many people with disabilities. It is a right we all must fight for. People with intellectual disabilities have strengths and capabilities to contribute. My leadership at Community Connections is dedicated to building communities that appreciate those contributions. My professional goal is to help create a society where all people have the same chance of success, regardless of abilities, race, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion. What I DoMy skill set is in nonprofit leadership. I am currently leading my organization and the Colorado system for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through a massive system redesign.
