Current- Educating parents on age-appropriate developmental behaviors, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to support their child's growth and well-being- Conducting comprehensive family assessments to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, guiding the development of tailored goals and action plans- Facilitating weekly coaching sessions, collaboratively reviewing previous goals and addressing current challenges, promoting accountability and progress- Equipping parents with a diverse array of strategies, tools, and techniques to navigate their challenges more effectively, fostering self-efficacy and confidence- Maintain proactive communication with families between sessions, offering ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement- Cultivating collaborative relationships with other practitioners and team members, facilitating integrated and holistic care for families- Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation, maintained a clean caseload, and adhered to professional standards and deadlines- Collaborating with external mental health providers to make referrals for specialized services beyond the scope of parent coaching, ensuring comprehensive care for families- Facilitating interviews, onboarded, and supervised parent coaches
