I have worked in the beauty and massage industry for over 15 years in small salons, day spas and retreats and enjoyed all of these places, but I really wanted to give more to my clients. That’s when I decided to open, Eclipse Massage and Beauty. This is my own space where I have built a team around me that reflects my values and serves my clients with all the skill, dedication and care they deserve. I am passionate about empowering people to feel good about themselves and their body. As a Mother, I find that we tend to look after everyone else around us and forget to focus on ourselves. My vision is to help people understand that it is ok to look after yourself and by doing so you create a happier, healthier you.I am a qualified Massage and Beauty therapist, specialising in Reflexology and Manual Lymphatic Drainage and have extensive knowledge of the body including skin, metabolic pathway and muscle function. I am experienced in many aspects of skin care and with the passion and drive I have for my industry, I continue to study and stay up to date with current theory and changing trends. I have undertaken numerous self-development courses as well as many leadership and growth seminars. I love to share my knowledge with those around me and believe the more I learn, the more I can help others. I have been fortunate enough to teach the lymphatic system in yoga classes, host women empowerment seminars and work with a major cosmetic company.Further recent studies have seen me undertake study in personality profiling and maximising staff potential and in 2017, I became a Certified Practitioner of Nuro-Linguistic Programming. This led me to the start of my new and evolving business Tara Lee Coaching.Tara Lee Coaching specialises in coaching and programmes for the Beauty and Hair industry, which assists owners understand their business and how to get the best out of their staff, maximise client retention and sales.
