- Responsible for managing The Adelaide Entertainment Centre and being the key contact, providing the critical communications link between the Client/Venue and Ticketek,- Responsible for developing marketing strategies to promote events via eDMs, Web pages, SMS campaigns etc- Working with my client directly in order to build each individual event including price categories, terms and conditions, prices, ticket formats etc- Acting main contact for each event, ie Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and ensuring event runs smoothly from start to finish and managing Box Offices to ensure maximum revenue is achieved per event- Responsible for Monthly Targets, Budgets and Forecasting- Responsible for providing end of show stats and analysis per event - Manage client expectations in order to further strengthen the Ticketek/client relationship.- Develop strong working relationships with promoters and venues to ensure effective communication and continued business opportunities.- Be the after hours contact for any call centre and client enquires. - Coordination and communication of cancelled or postponed events (if applicable).- Address any client/customer complaints (written and verbal) and follow up with appropriate departments.- Promote and secure from Clients a marketing and promotional campaign budget, to plan & implement in conjunction with the client, a marketing and promotional campaign.- Liaise with relevant sales channels, to provide effective communication to ensure that sales strategies and tactics are implemented and executed effectively. - Ensure that newsletter material is correct and is received by the marketing department by due dates and any changes are checked and correct.

- Assist with the day to day operation of the Catering & Events Sales Office.- Responding to inquiries, prepare quotations within appropriate time parameters.- Follow up on potential business referral, sales leads and pro-actively pursue banquetbusiness for the Stamford Plaza Adelaide and Starnford Hotels and Resorts.- Meet with clients and conduct hotel familiarisations and site inspections where required.- Maintain efficient and up to date filing system on all confirmed, tentative and potentialfunctions to the standard and guidelines of Stamford Grand Adelaide.- Prepares and distributes Banquets Event Orders in accordance with banquet procedures and systems.- Preparation of business forecasts, weekly and monthly sales reports.- Assists the Director of Sales in controlling and analysing on an ongoing basis thefollowing:- - Quality levels of product and service- - Guest satisfaction- - Merchandising and marketing- - Operating costs- - Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene- Assists the Banquet and Convention Sales Manager and Director of Sales with the- compilation of new banqueting collateral as required.- Carry out duties as requested by management that may entail after hours or weekends.
