Assistant Branch ManagerMember Relationship Specialist (Levels I thru III)Teller (Levels I thru III) Manage a Universal Relationship Specialist team of 8 by providing on-going training,monitoring, coaching and development to ensure deliverance of consistent “UnbelievableService.” Continuously work to increase production by meeting and/or exceeding monthly KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) set in the following areas: deposit growth, total loansdisbursed, credit cards disbursed, total commercial loans disbursed, investment servicesreferrals, contact center calls taken, and insurance services referrals. Developed and maintained close relationships with assigned internal partners, such asMortgage Loan Originators, Business Banking Officers, Cash Management Officers,Financial Advisors and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers. Prepare and administer monthly reviews, annual performance reviews, coaching plans,probationary plans, and disciplinary write-ups. Staff scheduling, punctuality, and adherence through a centralized time and leavemanagement platform. Assist with screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Participate in community activities to promote goodwill and attract new business. Independently perform, train, audit, and oversee all branch operations through the BranchSelf-Monitoring Program (SMP) to ensure compliance with regulations, credit unionpolicies and procedures. Actively perform all duties of branch Relationship Specialists to support team andprovide exemplary member service to each of our members.
