I am the single resource for a two facility account. Responsible for routing of all freight to maximize freight cost savings while meeting the client’s service level expectations, identifying and creating multi-stop routes, and pool programs to reduce damage and freight spend, creating a metrics to be used for tracking, and validating LTL O/S/D reports, creating a process, and a metric to track TL carrier performance, creating and maintaining all rates within the Oracle TMS, creating and maintaining customer carrier preferences, customer analytics to include rate comparisons across mode, volume/weight trends over time, YTD trends, identifying problems, and troubleshooting client WMS, troubleshooting Oracle TMS, monitoring hub for transmission errors. I also create and maintain all standard work documents.

Responsible for classroom instruction of facility employees in general awareness and function specific Hazmat training in accordance with 49 CFR, IATA, ICAO, and IMDG regulations, tracking employee training to ensure facility is compliant with training timeframes. Responsible for processing domestic, wholesale, international, and port accessory shipments using all modes of transportation, preparing packing lists, bills of lading, hazardous declarations, shipper's letter of instruction, and container load plans for shipments, ensuring US exporting and the receiving country importing requirements are met, ensuring all regulations are followed, creating and maintaining all standard work documents. Responsible for ordering of facility supplies using the Ariba system, reconciling invoices for payment, creating system to track department supply usage, creating contract requests for new vendors, creating and maintaining standard work documents. Responsible for processing dealer, wholesale, accessory port, and international claims, root cause , creating and maintaining claims tracking system, filing carrier claims, creating and maintaining standard work documents.Responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets and pivot tables to track productivity and LPH by employee, department, and facility, tracking production trends, and utilizing data to drive process improvement, creating and participating in 6 Sigma projects and Rapid Improvement Workshops, creating and implementing a process to analyze and share employee resources to improve overall facility production, creating a training matrix to track one on one and group training in order to obtain grant money from NWCC workforce development, organizing and scheduling catered meals for on-site meetings, organizing and planning company sponsored events both on and off site to include booking venues, catering, and entertainment, preparing and processing bills for payment ensuring the correct expense codes are used.
