Tara is a Partner at Deloitte Canada in the Government and Public Sector Solutions practice. Tara has been privileged enough to support the public sector for the past 15 years in Canada and previously the UK. Her work has primarily focused justice and public safety. She collaborates with clients to rethink what services are delivered by agencies and how this can be done through operating models, technological innovations and the adoption of new ways of working. Tara’s work focuses on embedding more equitable and fair practices into their operations and ensuring citizens and employees remain at the heart of existing and future organizational design. As an immigrant to both Canada and the UK, Tara fiercely believes in the power of unexpected perspectives to improve organizations. She is committed to the power of collaboration across geographies, industries and boundaries to drive new ways of thinking and working. Tara has a Masters with Distinction in Criminology from King’s College London and Politics and History from the University of Edinburgh.
