Tara K. is a Product Manager at Spotify. She is proficient in Malay and Chinese. Colleagues describe her as "Tara is an incredibly passionate young lady about youth development and graduate opportunities related to NCS and it's so refreshing to see a young person who reaped the benefits of being engaged and involved in the programme! Tara joined The Challenge half way through the summer as one of our zonal Programme Administrators and although by the time she joined the team had spent a number of weeks together developing and building relationships, she fit right in supporting the wider team and ensuring that she paid close attention to matters of detail. Over the last month she has supported on a number of tasks which have enabled our delivery staff to focus on logistical and pastoral issues knowing that their administrative tasks were being completed by competent and capable staff. Whilst fitting in well with the team, Tara has also made it a priority to get to know members of the team personally knowing that she had to play catch up on building these ever important relationships within work - and all of these whilst awaiting her A Level results (so at the age of 18!) I know that with this hard work, dedication and general positive persona, Tara will achieve great success as a professional and look forward to seeing where her passion for community engagement, science and arts takes her."
