Plant Floor System Analyst, China, Brazil & Mexico *Provide end-user support on the digital shop floor systems and associated software packages *Trouble shoot, install, set up and manage software products that are included as part of the base desktop system configuration. *Maintain and support customized software solutions for the base desktop system environment, using a range of software programming and development tools. *Perform ongoing updates and enhancements to the base desktop environment and provides troubleshooting and advanced support activities for desktop systems users. *Work closely with internal resources from IT and operations on designing, implementing, and maintaining effective system support for efficient and effective manufacturing execution. *Manage the implementation of digital system on the shop floor and all associated software packages consistent with the needs of a growing business. *Document all changes according to proper Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.Work with business teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities to the existing business practices, processes and tools. *Train employees and assist or undertake the writing of instructional procedures, user guides and systems documentation as needed.
