My job was to enhance the overall perception of Neumann alumni social media outlets. The outlets are Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Facebook we have two pages, Alumni and Parents. By using Hootsuite, a social media marketing tool, the ability to monitor and interact with followers is made simple. The goal to enhance engagement has to also include increasing the overall number of followers. My goal was to increase each of the social media accounts followers, but more importantly increase typical visits to the pages and to build the pages to be something that alumni will look forward to seeing on their feed rather then something to scroll over. The pages need to have an interactive element, but also stay informative.
