I have graduated from Texas A&M University with a major in Environmental Geoscience and a minor in Geographic Information Science & Technology. While at A&M, I gained experience with Remote Sensing, ArcGIS, MATLAB, ENVI, Garmin GPS units, statistics, and sampling protocols. I was an Environmental and Neighborhood Services Intern with the City of Sugar Land. I have been exposed to Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and regulations, attended pre-construction meetings going over the SWPPP and construction regulations, and have advanced my ability to use Excel. In addition to my internship, I have had two previous part-time jobs, have held two officer positions in my women's leadership organization, Aggie Gems, and will be pursuing Graduation School. The past four years have built my conflict management and leadership skills.I have been working at Bowman Engineering & Consulting, Inc. for about a year. As an Executive Assistant, I have gained experience doing payroll, onboarding, project management, event planning, business management, marketing, team building, and administrative work. Since I am pursuing a career in HR/Business management, I will be going back to school to pursue a Master's degree to further prepare me for an HR role.
