Working with the Program Management team supporting the Systems Engineering and Test Support (SETS) Contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM).Collaborate with Program Management to drive the successful execution of integration activities, adhering to Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) and Agile methodologies. Assist in developing recommendations for system improvements, optimization, and maintenance across various specialties, including IT architecture, networking, and software, while ensuring requirements align with customer needs and COTS products. My passions for non-profit management and youth development were encouraged and my experience and talents were expanded during my time as Regional Director. In this role, I directed the coordination of the program and competitions, registration, fundraising, marketing, and logistics for annual three day interscholastic tournaments of over 1,000 youth participants, coaches, and parents. I led and motivated teams of organizers and volunteers to deliver 38 concurrent competitions and parallel workshops during the regional tournament. Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing the finances and annual budget of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

My drive to expand the reach of the company's communications in a streamlined manner was honed during my time as Communications Manager. I managed multiple communication projects and initiatives via social media, email, and traditional mail. My projects included initiating and maintaining relationships with local medical facilities and maintaining physicians’ accreditation and privileges. Additionally, I updated and maintained the electronic medical records database and seven-line phone system.

In my role, I maintained a seven-line phone system, scheduled appointments and meetings, issued patient referrals, completed insurance authorizations for various patient treatments, and assisted managers with other administrative tasks.

I worked as a clinician providing care for children with special needs. My assignments included creating daily schedules for the children and working directly with them to complete the scheduled motor and language activities. Additionally, I created regular follow-up reports to send home to parents.
