*Account management in office supplies.* Having the ability to prioritise jobs in a fast moving ever-changing environment, as well as minimise the time it takes to efficiently complete tasks. * Communicate any issues with the clients and appropriate people. * To ensure all existing accounts are efficiently managed (both proactively and reactively).

* Assess all new business applications, correctly identifying all requirements in accordance with company criteria. * Maintaining and developing a full knowledge of various products and related criteria for various mortgage lenders. * Working closely with regional sales managers and ensuring all clients needs are met, whilst also establishing strong working relationships. * Displaying a professional awareness of the mortgage market conditions and our competitors and to take responsibility for my own personal development. * Maximise new business opportunities through establishment of quality customer relations. * Always work within the requirements of the data protection act, and any other regulation/legislation.

* Provide advice on mortgages, loans, bank accounts, credit cards and savings. * Sell payment protection and additional insurance products. * Utilise negotiating (and influencing) skills to maximise sales opportunities and to build customer relations. * Assess and underwrite loan applications within personal mandate to the company policies and procedures. * Conduct weekly training for the branch. * Ensure all employees are kept up to date with any product knowledge.
