Organize, maintain record of and upload images received via digital media from investigative sites participating in clinical trials. Assist Clinical Services Project Management Teams as well as other departments with projects ranging from Quality Checking image data sets for FDA submission. Create new/update existing electronic study databases. Manage large-scale electronic image transfers to clients. Maintain client contact information databases. Organize photographic documentation, track subject visits, and provide photographic training as well as ongoing technical support to study site personnel for approximately a dozen clinical trials simultaneously.

Support the project team on designated projects ensuring that customer service, quality, and timelines are met. Perform quality control checks to ensure the integrity of data. Aid in the preparation of supply shipments to study sites. Setup, maintain, and update databases and assist with data query resolution. Ensure proper filing of all study documents and under direct supervision communicate with study sites by fielding, answering, and directing questions to obtain appropriate answers. Quality Control of all imaging documentation for clinical research projects.

Provided support to the program manager with programing, staff management and sales for the Sports Club for Kids program. The position created a positive, team-oriented work environment by motivating and inspiring associates to achieve their best and continue to serve as a role model for the kids in the program. Actively outreached in the local community to promote and drive sales on a day to day basis. Provide overall accountability for the consistent and effective execution of all programs, people management, sales, and facilities management that exceeded company standards.

Support the safe running and successful completion of the summer camp every year. Ensure the program ran smooth, and that it adhered to the camp program delivery aims, safeguarding and Healthy Safety guidelines. Oversee and maintain up to date, accurate and clear records/ data as necessary. Ensure complete confidentiality of any sensitive information regarding all young people. Support the staff with all of their needs.

The Sports Clubs for Kids coordinator position contributes to TSI’s success by providing a fun and safe environment for the SCFK participants.
