Over seeing the launch of Europe's number one selling hand, foot and nail care brand in the UK. Responsible for all UK marketing and PR and part of the International Major Projects Team handling all key UK accounts and projects.

As head of education I have been responsible for developing a national training team as well as a mobile training team. I have written comprehensive training manuals and implemented a strong training programme for OPI nail care products and LDN tanning products. I work closely with our regional sales team and key accounts to keep training current and customers informed. It is my responsibility to assist all of our customers with their technical queries and ensure that they get the best out of their OPI systems.

PA to 2 vice presidents and sales team support. Handling all customer enquiries and helping to aid and develope accounts. All personal and business support for VPs including travel arrangements, support at internal and customer meetings.

New business sales for major IT systems.

Sales and marketing responsibility for southern and midlands sales team. IT sales into small to medium sized business, education and government. This included managing both internal and external sales teams as well as implementing marketing strategies through to advert and PR material production
