As a Systems Innovator at Bismarck Public Schools, I design and implement innovative learning strategies and systems that enhance student engagement, achievement, and well-being. I collaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to create and deliver effective and relevant curricula and professional learning programs that align with the district's vision and goals.I have completed my Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at North Dakota State University, where I am researching the impact of learning design systems on organizational culture and the impact on teacher agency. My passion is to leverage my expertise in learning design, curriculum development, and course design to create positive and lasting change in the education sector. I have multiple publications and presentations on these topics, and I am always eager to learn from and share with others in the field.
