As a Client Relationship Manager I am expected to proactively create and develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients. Whilst doing this, it is essential that I enhance these key relationships, through regular contact; in the form of a phone call, an email or a visit. I work alongside a team within FT Solutions to identify new products and opportunities in order to expand our business pipeline. Personally I am responsible for key client development for around 15 different clients. The rapport I have developed with many of my clients, have allowed me to expand on the various services we can offer across their businesses, maximizing potential. As well as developing relationships, I need to be able to offer all our clients the high standard of service they deserve, which requires me to have a strong knowledge of the services we have to offer; because of this, I have attended a few courses to increase my knowledge.

Whilst I was at secondary school, I was offered a position to coach Trampolining to the other members of our squad (Hagley High Flyers). When I made the decision to stop competing, and concentrate on coaching, Haybridge Sports Centre offered me the position of heading up a recreational trampolining group. Originally this ran from 2pm to 5pm every Saturday, and was open to the public, ranging from 3-25 year old's, however due to the high demand, it ran from 12 noon to 5pm. As Head Coach, I was required to hire staff, ensuring they had the appropriate qualifications and checks. I was also in charge of each child's personal development from week to week. This involved me having to record their achievements, as well as having regular contact with their parents. The sessions had to be planned in advance, and structured to guarantee each child's skills would grow each week. Eventually we had 4 coaching staff, with 6 apprentices who learnt alongside our coaches, in exchange for one-on-one coaching time. Unfortunately, due to lack of government funding, the leisure centre was closed down in June 2009.
