Assist in the creation and maintenance of Ontario Education Numbers (OEN) for Georgian’s students.Entering student information into the student information system (Banner) to create / assign Ontario Education NumbersIdentifying issues with records and making appropriate corrections (i.e. missing information, incorrect dates, etc.) to ensure the issue is resolvedCreating reports from the Student Information System and uploading the information to the ministryTesting, verifying and enhancing OEN related system processes by:Collaborating with Information Technology (IT) on new processes to manage OEN assignment and verificationsDocumenting and updating training materialsProviding regular updates on the status of the changes, including highlighting associated risks

Responsible for the timely response to field sales team for engineered special products. Including sending out for quote vended products, dealing with suppliers and quoting list prices for engineered specials. Use of Friedman system for generating quotes. Maintaining an excellent standard of customer service and commmunication between all tiers of the sales team across North America.

Contract position

Responsible for scheduling 15 design consultants in Southern Ontario, filing, reception and hospitality duties. First point of contact for walk in and telephone inquiries. Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate contact.
